Apple has placed an order for 15 million iPhone 5s to ship in September to netbook-maker Pegatron Technologies, a supplier, according to DigiTimes sources.

Pegatron is a big Apple supplier, and worked with them on the iPhone 4, which allowed them to expand their plants. How Apple uses its cash to help its suppliers expand plant and equipment, and get exclusivity and discounts on components in exchange.
