For the better informed, we all know that there is currently no official download DirectX 11 for Windows Xp and Vista at least for the time being. However, some over-zealous users may fall in the trap of being enticed by virus and trojan creators that Microsoft DirectX 11 is available now for download.
That is however not the case as news is that it is reserved for only Windows 7 and Vista when Windows 7 is officially release in a few months time. Current files claiming to hold the official DirectX 11 installers is plagued with malicious viruses and users are strongly advise to avoid downloading them. Users who have already downloaded them are advised to update their anti-virus definition and do a full scan.
